Sound Health

SHaring Music, Yoga & MEDITATION in Healthcare and underserved communities

SoundHealth is the first of its kind in Australia endorsed by internationally acclaimed musicians, yoga teachers, medical professionals and social entrepreneurs. We deliver the healing power of music, yoga and meditation with people facing hardships in hospitals, aged-care, refuges, mental health and disability facilities as a free service.

It is a volunteer-run program, delivered by qualified and trained volunteers in all modalities. Musicians provide bedside performances, group sessions and interactive workshops depending on the facility and their requirements. Yoga therapy is conducted with individuals or groups depending on the type of facility and the needs of the participants.
