In this one day course you will learn the wisdom and skills to guide people’s awareness through the ‘koshas’, layers of one’s being from gross to subtle.   You will discover how to weave these elements to create a supportive experience to assist anyone to become awakened to the potential of wellbeing within themselves. Helping to guide others in a natural, life-affirming approach to meditation is a wonderful gift to share.
