World Yoga Day Celebration Class supporting A Sound Life – Roots and Evolution of Yoga – with Nicole Walsh, Rod Galbraith, Edo Kahn & DJ Carl Bentley
Join Nicole & Rod from InYoga, along with ASL co-founder Edo Kahn and DJ Carl Bentley to explore a yoga practice from its ancient roots to its modern evolution in celebration of World Yoga Day, with 100% of donations going to A Sound Life Charity.
Move, breathe, meditate and chant mantras with a community of yogis in sacred space; embodying power and peace through this life-affirming and evolutionary practice.
Begin with the profound practice of pranams (full body prostrations) as the origins of namaskar, reflecting our inherent connection to the earth, our home. Move through a progressive journey of namaskars integrating mind, body, breath, sound, rhythm and awareness, culminating in an empowering meditation and mantra practice that will bathe you in an ocean of positivity and bliss.
Nicole will lead the evolving and inspiring journey from pranams to mandala namaskars, weaving a natural pathway to embodied meditation guided by Rod. The journey will be enhanced by Edo offering mantras to awaken our hearts, while DJ Carl Bentley’s uplifting ambient soundscape will create a backdrop of pure musical bliss. Enjoy the offerings of this passionate group of yogis as they create an experience to connect us all through action, attention and awareness, or body, mind and spirit.
