WELLBEING PROGRAMS

All of our programs are therapeutic in approach and are tailored to specifically meet the individual needs and objectives of each facility.

Our programs are volunteer run, delivered by qualified and specifically trained volunteers in all modalities. We work with Sydney’s leading Music facilitators, Yoga Therapists and Meditation teachers to offer our volunteers specialised and free trainings to equip and up-skill them with the skills they need to safety and competently provide therapeutic programs to the facilities we service.
